It’s been about 17 years (ACK!) since I graduated from culinary school and I’ve spent time working in a variety of kitchens. As my husband so often points out,

I’m a big fan of servings dishes room temperature. It takes a lot of pressure off entertaining and ensures you’re able to focus on your guests instead of “oh crap! my oven just decided not to work!”
From vinaigrettes to entrees, my recipes can easily be prepared and plated before your guests even walk in the door. Once my kids are out of school, chaos ensues and the last thing I want on my mind is ‘what am I going to make for dinner.’ I can’t tell you how relieving it is to just grab some dishes from the refrigerator and peel off the plastic wrap. Done and done.
